Adult Classes at COTHA

I just finished with our staff meeting this morning and felt great about the kind of community we have within our staff.  These are great people, faithful disciples growing more and more into the kind of leaders that God is calling us to become.

Part of the staff meeting reflects on what we just experienced on Sunday.  We look at both triumphs and "opportunities for learning."  I mentioned how great I thought the adult class that I teach was going.  I always enjoy teaching the adult class but this one where we are discussing prayer is really exciting me.  Prayer is such a gift but so often we treat it as a duty or obligation.  If we can rediscover the truly remarkable thing that it is, our prayer life can come alive.

I want to invite you to our next class, next Sunday.  We have two more weeks in this series and I'll spend the last two weeks talking about how to discern the voice of God.  There are other wonderful classes that meet as well, so take a look and see you in Church!
