Area Manager (AM) – MANADO

Responsibilities :

• Regularly review achievement sales versus target.
• Develop medical representatives to deliver sales achievement within the area.
• Develop area business.
• Area Sales Achievement
• Monitor business plan
• Coaching to medical Representative for developing their competencies ability
• Consult to on poor performance.
• Provide team training
• Maintain relationship with key customers
• Monitor stock at level distributor
• Updated customer database and target segmentation.
• Monitored to deliver promotional messages within approved marketing strategy.

Requirements :

• Experience in working for a pharmaceutical company as Supervisor or Area Manager.
• D3 / S1 preferably majoring in sciences / health (pharmacy, biology, chemistry, nursing, medicine, and so on)
• Min, GPA 2,75
• Interested in working as coach, good interpersonal and communication skill.
• Strong Leadership
• Solid in English passive and active (oral & in writing)
